At Distribution Pro Expert, we are committed to providing quality products and services that meet our customers' expectations. However, certain strict conditions govern returns, refunds and cancellations in order to protect our business while respecting the regulations in force in Quebec.

1. Returns:

• Return period: You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.

• Eligibility requirements:

• • The product must be unused, unopened and in its complete original packaging.

• • Sealed, hygienic, personalized products or sanitary equipment cannot be returned.

• Return procedure:

• • A return request must be sent in writing to info@dpego.com

• • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

2. Refunds:

• Eligibility: A refund is only possible if the return conditions above are met.

• Refunded amount: The refund amount will only correspond to the price of the returned product, excluding initial delivery costs.

• Processing Times: Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

• Exclusions: No refunds will be given for:

• • Products damaged after receipt by the customer.

• • Used or opened products.

3. Cancellations:

• Before shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

• After shipment: An order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to be received and initiate a return according to the conditions above.

4. Defective Products or Delivery Error: In the event of a defective product or an error on our part:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• A return or exchange will be offered at no additional cost after validation of the problem.

5. Exceptions and Limitation of Liability:

• Distribution Pro Expert reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.

• The liability of Distribution Pro Expert is limited exclusively to the reimbursement of the amount paid for the returned product.

• Minor differences in color or size due to digital display are not valid grounds for return or refund.
